  • Trauma-informed and culturally sensitive training
  • Ongoing professional development
  • Regular supervision and reflective practice sessions
  •  This equips them to support each child’s unique needs with care and expertise.

Open Communication & Feedback Culture

  • Open dialogue between support workers and supervisors
  • Clear communication with families and partner organisations
  • Encouraging feedback from children, their families, and support networks
